Has anyone else had problems with this company. Ordered a bike for my 16yr old. It arrived and seemed ok, but a week later he complained that the back tyre was rubbing on the forks. When we examined the bike, the bottom strut, between the pedals and the gear assembly, was a different length on each side, so the wheel sits at an angle, hence the rubbing. Phoned S.H., were very sorry, and would organize a replacement. When the replacement arrived, the delivery driver would take the faulty bike back. We were told on Tues that it would arrive on Fri or Mon - it didn't. 2 more phone calls on an 0870 number (no alternative on saynoto0870), of about 20 mins+ each, speaking to a different person each time, and told it would arrive today, guess what, it didn't. Nor did the phone call back, or the email we were promised! Suppose I'll be making another expensive phone call tomorrow!

I have bought a couple of bikes and a scooter from them. You don't always get the model you have ordered, but what they send is an upgrade and even more of a bargain. I had a problem with one of the bikes (wrong size pedals) and they sorted it pretty efficiently.
The 0870 number is annoying though.
Hope you get it sorted soon0 -

Used these last year. AS OP said, they upgraded bike as the one ordered was not available. Our local bike repair place checked the bike for £10 (brakes, cables, wheel alignment and so on)giving an excellent full suspension bike for £70.Would recommened providing you are happy to assemble the bike or have someone who can check it for youWhen cycling, I pay the same road tax as any other zero carbon emission vehicle.0

My daughter has outgrown her bike, and my son had his stolen a few weeks ago.Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

My nephews just got the 2 x SM24bikes for £99 and are really pleased. They look like fine bikes and at that price it wont matter if they dont last forever.
