i do like kirsty and phil but i get inreasingly annoyed at the type of people they feature, they're all 'city types' needing a 'crash pad' (how i hate that phrase), yummy mummy types with loads of money, wanting to live somewhere posh

I'm waiting for the revisits to the poor sods who they enthusiastically encouraged to over-borrow to get on the property ladder, and who are probably now in negative equity or have been repossessed.
There was one particular young woman who I felt really sorry for as they pressurised her into buying a city centre flat as a BTL investment property that she couldn't afford, just so that she'd be on the property ladder. That was just about the height of the boom, so heaven knows what her finances are like now.0 -
