You could have applied directly to the upper house, rather than accepted her decision - I have helped somebody do exactly that with a similar case, that the judge refusing the appeal was the person who made the original decision. how long ago was this?0

It was in Aug 09. I did apply to the Upper Tribunal but due to postal delays, the letter got there a day late. I was refused. I have given up banging my head against that wall now:(0 -
I have an update on this thread.
I discovered a letter that I had written to CSA in 1999 saying that I was self employed and they should review my case annually due to fluctuating income.
So in 2010 they caved in and have now done 9 new assessments from 2000 onwards. This action shaved thousands from my alleged arrears.
The 9 new assessments are full of errors and CSA are reluctant to alter them.....
They are also refusing to give me departures on any of these 9 new assessments.
The battle continues....0
