Hi Emma. Try creating a new account at Tesco (via cashback website for extra money back of course). Sometimes, this sends you back to the old site again. It's very strange. My family all live near the same big Tesco and all get their deliveries from the same Tesco. Yet some are on the new site, some on the old.
It's pure luck as to which you get im afraid

On the order page, you can select no substitutions. I might make this more clear on the 1st post for people....

Just cancelled original order and split it.

So 3x stella plus 3 red wine plus biscuits using one email address
And 6 white and 3 red using another email address. So able to use the vouchers on both accounts.

So my total for both orders with delivery should be around £44:T

Hi i've just set up a new account to get some cases of lager and wine But it isn't showing the 3 for £20 in the total or the 3 for £10 on the wines on the total.
This is my first time shopping at tesco grocerys.
I've got in my basket:-
3X cases of bud
3X bottle of J P Chenet Rose
2X packs of corona £3.89 a pack
Total inc £4 delivery is
£55.25
is this right???

hi funny bunny, that's correct. It shouldn't show you the correct total So your total including delivery is £55.25, however upon delivery you'll be charged £20 for the beer + £10 for the wine + £7.78 for the corona + £4 delivery. Then minus the £10 voucher so your total will be £31.78 upon delivery. If you used any cashback sites you'll get £10 from TopCashback too, so total is now £21.78

gone through checkout and paid but its still not taken the deals off the total. do they take it off on delivery?

Yes Funny Bunny, they take the discounts off upon delivery. You won't be charged the total displayed. It's a terrible system they have (on the old site) which is why they created the new site so customers don't panic and pay the correct price. But that doesn't help us "glitch" now does it lol
