Hello Fellow MSE's
Just an update .. i have had the old case csa1 closed as I was able to provide proof for a period of time i was pwc. I am now on new rules and recieve a perscribed benefit. I have been told that pwc can apply for a variation order.. my question was what is the point in having one rule when you have another that totally overrides this??
Any advice on this one.. ?
Thanks

because some people play the rules so having rules that enable them to deal with NRPs who play the system is good:beer: I've paid the CSA off and stopped them taking payments:beer:
I'm stillowed some arrears by my ex
I was a NRP, now I'm a PWC, partner of a PWC, and parent of a PWC ( and very confused at times )0
