What happens our house?

in Bankruptcy & living with it
Hi all, my other half and I planning to go BR end of April . We have found somewhere to rent plan to move beginning May,by that stage we will have missed two months mortgage payments. What will happen to our house ? Do they come and change the locks? Does it go up for sale immediately?

    Hi Alice, we left our house last august and it was repoed last week!

    If I were you when you leave, securely tape up the letter box, turn off the water, let the utility companys know so they stop charging you and write a letter stating you have left the property and they should make plans to repo but that you will sign nothing. Then leave them to it
