BR and Eon

Just a quickie, close family member went BR yesterday, owing 1k to Eon, they had moved recently and didn´t want their new address known in case of callers, Eon were OK sending revised bills c/o my address. My question is do Eon have any reason to call here, if so, do we just remind them of the BR, what else will we need? Eon were given correct address on 29th. but reminders arrived here today. Never gave it a thought until I read of another OP being chased for 30pounds. Hope someone can reassure me.

Hello sandi, I'd send them a copy of the Bankruptcy Order. As the bill was not in your name, you shouldn't have any hazzle, also if the reminders carry on get your family member to contact their OR.
