Thats what i was thinking from here
Not an easy one as i kept coming across Russians.
Im going def with Ravel, after this mentions pictures at an exhibition
Ravel's piano compositions, such as Jeux d'eau, Miroirs and Gaspard de la Nuit, demand considerable virtuosity from the performer, and his orchestral music, including Daphnis et Chlo! and his arrangement of Modest Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition, uses a variety of sound and instrumentation very effectively.#JusticeForGrenfell0 -

What about this that i've found
The first musician to arrange Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition for orchestra was the little-known Russian composer and conductor Mikhail Tushmalov (1861–1896).A home is not a home ..... without a dog0 -
