What have you been disputing exacting?
If your doing a CCA request for unenforceablity, it only protects you from CCJs/COs if they do not have a valid agreement. Either way, the money is still owed and they can still place late payments and defaults on your credit file and send demands for payment, this has been though the OFT and high court already - McGuffick v RBS http://www.judiciary.gov.uk/docs/judgments_guidance/mcguffick-v-rbs.pdfAlthough no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
