            The trouble is the employer can't prove that (I know he SHOULD not have to but get real......).
 I'm not tarring all with the same brush by any means but I've seen it happen!
 It's an interesting point and yes companies should have a policy that it should be in writing (thus further protecting)
 However morally it's wrong and morally 99.99% of pregnant women would not claim they have told the boss if they hadn't/Always ask ACAS0
