    I'm not tarring all with the same brush by any means but I've seen it happen!

    It's an interesting point and yes companies should have a policy that it should be in writing (thus further protecting)

    However morally it's wrong and morally 99.99% of pregnant women would not claim they have told the boss if they hadn't/
