Hello Andyboy
First question.
Which other lenders have you approached? How do you know nobldy else will touch you?
Second question. How long have you been self employed and what are your earnings. What about your partner?I am a Mortgage Adviser

OK, well you really need a financial review to see what can be done.
Some benefits can be taken into account for mortgage purposes
Can you give me an idea of your monthly credit commitments? How much would you feel comfortable paying for your mortgage every month? What is your credit rating like?I am a Mortgage Adviser
