River Island store card

Apologies if this is covered elsewhere but I can't find it if it is!
I've had a River Island store card for about 2 years but never used it (I was practically forced to take it out when I worked there, as we had to open a certain amount per week).
I have even cut the card up but actually want to close the account now. Having since moved house the paperwork that came with the card has been mislaid (careless I know) so I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me how to close it or who to contact?
Thanks in advance!!
