Buffalo Linkstation NAS Drive, 250GB, 79.99

No idea how widespread this may be but I've just been to Staples Liverpool and picked up the above drive at £79.99! I've looked online and the cheapest I can find on Froogle for that size of disk is £134 and eBay was even more expensive. I had a quick look at Staples online and couldn't see it.
Reviews of this drive are very favourable and is a very easy-to-use piece of kit. Many people who have home/small business networks are finding they need extra storage space that can be shared, as well as having the ability to stream movies, music etc from a drive without a particular PC being turned on - this is exactly what this does - connect to network and it will show as a new drive on all the networked computers.
Fill yer boots.

Good Luck, Most Staples got cleared out when they were £99 around Xmas time...
I bought mine then and it's brilliant, no more hassle remembering which PC the music is on, it's all on the Linkstation0 -
that's a pretty good price..
we've just set up a NAS using FREE NAS and an old pc obtained from freecycle - we did have to buy a hard drive, but we got a 300gb one for about £60.
However for someone that wants a large amount of network storage for the least amount of hassle this sounds great.0 -
I could really do with one of these, Telford=no & Hanley=no. Have to go out now, try more stores tomorrow.desrever sthgir lla0
