Any experiences with Littlewoods / Very?

Hi
I am starting a DMP with CCCS in April and Littlewoods and very are both part of it. I have had letter back from both shop direct finance and NDR (nationwide debt recovery) saying 'we have information about your account, please call us'.
I'm confused, does this mean they have passed the debt on to two different agencies for each catalogue? Should I call them, or just write back saying CCCS are dealing with is and giving my reference number?

Whilst littlewoods and very are the same overall company, each account has probably been sent to a different debt collector. Still just one debt collector per account though.
Pass the details to CCCS they should be able to help.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
