Full Terms and Conditions – Free Chocolate for a Year
1. Promotion is open to residents of England, Wales, Channel Islands and Isle of Man aged 17 years and older who are on our database and have been specifically invited to enter. Promotion excludes employees and their immediate families of the TOTAL group of companies, its agents or anybody professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Promotion will run until midnight on the 7th April 2010.
3. Only one entry per person allowed.
4. No purchase necessary.
5. The prize: 1 x Chocolate for a Year. (Prize to consist of 283 single bars per winner, 24x Bubbles / Gal block, 48x Mars / Snickers, 40x Malts, 24x Twix, 13x Minstrels / Counters / Revels & 36x Delight). No cash or other alternative prizes are available.
6. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries under independent supervision and will be notified via email within 5 days of the closing date. All reasonable effort will be made to contact winner, however, if the winner cannot be contacted within a further 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute drawn at the same time as the original. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter reserves the right to use the winner’s voice, image, photograph, name and likeness for publicity and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice to the winner and in entering the promotion all entrant consent to the same.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries delayed, corrupted or lost due to technical difficulties.
9. The winner’s name and counties will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope to TOTAL, Free Chocolate for a Year, 40 Clarendon Road, Watford, Herts, WD17 1TQ.
10. All personal data submitted as part of the promotion will be stored and processed on behalf of TOTAL UK Limited as data controller, in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998. Data will be kept confidential and will not be passed to third parties without your permission. Details will only be used to contact the winner(s).

:eek: Oh no, not another Total fiasco. I was one of the lucky people to win their Valentines Gift Box. The whole process of getting my prize was a nightmare, and eventually settled for £30 Boots vouchers (which I believe is probably better than the original prize) because they had sent it to the wrong address even after I had confirmed delivery address. Be warned, they are not very efficient, but good luck anyway, I'm going to give this one a miss.#StaySafeWishing you a Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy New Year0

It seems we can enter either by the form route or by playing the 'how many eggs' game. I had already entered by using the form and just tried to enter again via the game (incase I had missed something:o) and I got a message in bright red telling me I had already entered and could not enter again.
