no idea about TVs but half price - couldnt find it on google to price check

There should be a lot of cheap televisions around now that Freeview is starting to transmit BBC, ITV and Channel 4 HD this coming month.

Nearly all the sets in the shops and those in people's homes won't be able to receive the Freeview HD signals without buying an extra HD box because the method of transmission for Freeview HD is not the same as that for Standard Definition. Althought the tv will be stickered HD-ready - it won't pick up Freeview HD without an extra box.

If HD is important to you, make sure that the set you buy is of the new generation, capable of receiving Freeview HD. If the tv price seems very low then the retailer is clearing the old stock, but still a great bargain if Freeview HD is not a priority for you - and great for a "second" set.

Am really tempted by this, but it only has a 50Hrz refresh rate so I suppose I would get motion blurring with PS3 game and SKY HD fast movement ???

I can find any reviews anywhere :-(
