Hi
Quick advice required!
I took out some chicken aloo saag that I had made on Monday night from the freezer to defrost. I left in Fridge to slow defrost. I then took it out the fridge and left out to defrost more during the day so we could have it for Tuesday's dinner thinking that my husband would pop it back in the fridge once it had defrosted and we'd have for dinner.
Due to medical emergency with my son, I didn't get home till 1030 last night and the chicken was defrtosted and stilllying out. I've put it back in fridge - knowing that it is probably not ok to eat....but is it? Would it still be safe to eat if I cooked it tonight for dinner?
Any advice much appreciated!
