Congrats, I was discharged after 5 months 3 years ago, but it stays on your record for 6 years.
But now, I have a low percentage credit card through my bank, the only one I could get to start with was a high interest Vanquish one, which helps build back your credit score if you use it sensibly and my bank even offered me a loan at the normal rate so it certainly doesn't mean that your credit rating is totally destroyed long term...I'm not saying you want to get any cards/loans but for me that was a scary prospect, my bankruptcy was forced through a stupid judgement I made towards my ex husband, hence the early discharge but I was gutted that he had destroyed my chance of ever getting credit etc but all has turned out positive!
So Good Luck, the only way is forwards now!!0
