I’m moving house in 9 days and want to try to use up everything possible before that. So can anyone come up with menu ideas?
I’m trying to spend as little as possible but know that I’m going to need bits to make this into a full menu for 9 days. There is only me to cook for, I don’t eat red meat and only an ice box at the top of the fridge.
Fridge
Cheddar cheese
Left-over mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs
Motzella cheese
Tomatoes paste
Garlic
Mayonnaise
A jar of olives
Butter
White wine
Cranberry juice
Freezer/Ice box
3 veggie sausages
Toffee ice-cream
Cheese and Pesto Ciabatta
Cupboard
Tin of grapefruit
Tin of rhubarb
Rice pudding
Mushy peas
Chopped tomatoes and herbs
Sardines in tomato sauce
Baked beans
2 x tins of tuna
A jar of pasta sauce
Rice
Honey
Yeast
Stock cubes
Jelly – Red and Green
Pudding sauce
Rice noodles
Corn flour
Fondue cheese
Cream caramel mix
Peanuts
Flour
Oat cakes
Jaffa cakes
Oat bran
Flour tacos
Pasta
And various herbs, spices, Soya sauce (I've done an Indian and a Thai cookery classes in the past 6 months so have just about every spice thinkable). I’ve got enough cereal to have for beakfasts.
Thanks in advance.

Buy a baking potator or 2...and / or some bread for toast
1. Cheese & pesto ciabatta with fondue cheese & olives on the side!
2. Sweet potato cakes, sausages & beans (or fried sweet potato mash)
3. Tuna & tomato pasta bake with grated cheddar on top
4. Make a pizza base, add tomato paste & mozzarella & half some olives & sprinkle with grated Cheddar & herbs.
5. Tuna mayo jacket spud
6. Sardines on toast
7. Poached or scrambled egg on toast
8. Cheese omelette (but only if you haven't already eaten the eggs!)

Thanks Floss, I think I'll go for sweet potatoe cakes and sausages for tea tonight. Anyone else got any other suggestions?2007 comping challenge - Won £25 / need £1040
