now why doesnt that suprise me?
didnt the same thing happen a couple of years ago? i can remember my dad having trouble with a tv that was sent back for repair and they wouldnt honour the extended guarantee he took out..... i wouldnt give them my moneyspanky xx

There is a surprise! That's three times (into administration) that I know of in recent years. No doubt they will re-emerge as 'New, New, New PowerHouse'.
It's a joke how they keep getting away with it - customers left high and dry when things go wrong.
Though paying with a credit card does help...
After 2 years, having bought a Servis washing machine that packed up (beyond repair) after 50 wash cycles; with PowerHouse 'gone', and Servis completely disinterested, I persevered with my case with Barclaycard. Eventually, I got a full refund on the purchase.
