I took out a loan three years ago for 4.5 thousand .... it was for 36 months and I should be nearly finished. I requested statements, which I have never received and was absolutely gobsmacked at the Commission charges??? What are these??? How do I also find out if they incorporated a PPI on this account??? Please help I am desperate

who did you take it out with? havent you received a yearly statement before now? also do you have your original paperwork as it should outline on their any charges etc . which would show any PPI - if you dont have the paperwork try calling them and asking for a copy .0
