Help for new business

 Hi, I need help sorting my finances. I am a freelance designer trying to start up a new business which thus far I have funded on my credit cards to the sum of £7.000. ( and I am struggling!) I am still at the development stage and need to borrow more money to get it going. Can anyone out there advise me as to the best place to go for help for a low interest start up loan? I need to borrow about £15.000 and be able to pay it back at a low rate.I am with HSBC and have enquired about loans but cannot afford the bank rates. Are there any grants available out there or loans with a period of interest free repayments for new business start ups?Help Please

You might be able to get the money out of family or friends as an investment (strickly silent partner). This would take the heat off in terms or repaying the money as they should understand the possible risks and rewards attached to such a venture.
