bankruptcy tomorrow

Hi
I'm filing for bankruptcy tomorrow and I just want to make sure that I have every thing I need. I have three copies of the debtors petition and I have printed off my bank statements, do I need anything else? My CAB advisor told me that I don't have a specific appointment but that they will fit me in, I just hope that I don't have any problems.
I am going on my own and just hope that everything runs smoothly.
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks

thats all you need then m8 as long as you have already paid the fee,it can be as fast as 5mins or into the hours so take some change for coffee etc,the main thing is to check that all the info is filled in on your BR forms as you dont want to be sent away as I was as i had left 2 account numbers off, maybe do a list of questions, anything you want to ask the OR after, as you should get to speak with one after court.

but apart from that have a bottle of something waiting for you afterwards at home as you will be feeling great to get it over with and it really is not as bad as you may be thinking:beer:

sounds like you've got everything...normally you need your fee in cash, unless you've already paid it? good luck tomorrow, it will be fine and over in the blink of an eye :)
