Balance after repossession

Hi folks!
Woolwich have amende default entry but refuse to mark balance as settled even though they accept debt is irrecoverable.
Should I complain to ICO?

    yes i would,i am taking a creditor to court who refuses to remove a ccj against me.
  • just wondered as reading insolvency site and I know they can request a deed of acknowledgment....which I would refuse to sign but wondered at the legal implications1
