You have to add your ₤5 skincare item first and then the coconut body lotion (not the shimmer one). It doesn't work the other way round

For some reason the postage can sometimes show as £0 in your basket, but the £2.99 charge will show when you continue to checkout:( Postage is only free at the moment on a £20 spend, but you can use the 20% code and bring your total down to £16 and still get the free delivery.
