I apologise if I offended people within this thread.
And yes I should have spoken to accountant first.
But the web is a wonderful tool with information to make a dicission, if you get constructive help.
For your information. I am now proceding a different way with my bank, by reducing the amount to borrow to 120k and all now going through on original purchase without complaint.
    Thanks

Glad you got it sorted. The words "mis sold" in a header tend to act like a red rag to a bull with many (including myself) as it is usually then followed by a load of whining about how they should not have to repay the money they borrowed (and spent), due to the bank being the devils spawn or similar.

    I fully understand this now.
I was looking for a solution not blame to the situation.
There maybe some light at the end of the tunnel as the redemption fee on one of the mortgages (Total is in three parts) maybe waiverd by bank now to keep my business and good will, so all not lost

Come on everyone, we all know whats happening here. Why are we leading the poor guy around and winding him up?

You have a good accountant that writes off a lot of your income as business expenses, therefore you have a low net profit and dont pay much tax.

You are asking to borrow a sum of money and the bank has said you cant have it based on your low net profit.

    Its really that simple.

For the benefit of those reading the thread. Kindly explain how accountants write off income. Never treat the HMRC as idiots. They've been in the business of tax collection for too long.

I have never Not declared to bank Gross or Net of company. They have always had the last two years accounts to work from.

You said earlier they ALWAYS used a projection of income, now you say they had past 2 years income when applying!

You need to learn to be clear.

It is not up to the rest of the world to bend over backwards to make sense of your diatribe, IT IS UP TO YOU TO BE CLEAR AND recognise we dont live in your siiting room and do not know your details!

Use simple bullet popints and dont use vague terms. It really isn't difficult:rotfl:

It all depends - need more details. Bullet points maybe - you cannot be vague:

Shish? What time did you buy it? Was it via a reputable kebabby? Did you have any kind of salad or sauces (garlic mayo, chilli etc).

Do not pay anyone to complain or reclaim for you - all the paperwork can be found on this site. Just change the generic details to your own and send to the KSA. If no joy then take it up with the kebab ombudsman.

Also - what colour did it have when you ate it? Was it it eaten as soon as you bought it or left in the fridge for some time? Did you add anything to it?
