What can I do with over ripened yoghurt?

Hi all,
Can anyone help? I went away for the weekend but forgot I had put an easiyo on the windowsill. I have opened it now and it's SO thick!!!:eek: I don't think it will taste very nice. So what can I do with it? Can I still use a little to make a new batch or will it be too far gone?
Anyone have any ideas on what to use extra hard set yog for?

I use easiyo yogurt mixed with the eggs and cheese as the liquid in a quiche. Makes it taste much better.0
