Just a quick point about Rimmel "comps". Whilst it is a competition in the strict sense of the word I believe that the sheer number of products they are giving away means it is perfectly legitimate to post it on the freebies board. Most of us are not avid compers, although I daresay we all enter some, and many people would miss this offer if it was only posted on the Comps Boards which I personally never go near!

I don't think its fair for the "board police" to keep having a go at people for either posting in what they consider to be the wrong place or for reposting an older freebie - I've been put off trying to post new freebies most of the time following a spate of merges even when I have searched first and nothing came up! I cannot see the logic of merging with an offer that is months old (more than a year on one occasion!) and wonder if certain people have nothing better to do. I'm not saying its always the case but some of the "board police" can be rather short with people who dont post where or how they see fit and I have heard newbies remark they find it very offputting.

So theres my take on it for what its worth, lol!
