Wedding coat/jacket help pls

A client of mine was considering a small jacket over her vintage dress. When we tried it on, we both immediately said it didn't work. The jacket simply took away the greatness of the dress. It's a lovely coat, but what is the style of gown you will be covering?

Need a 20/22!!! so no pressure then.

I have been searching most of the afternoon, found it 'out of stock' in a bright yellow but thats it!! Shame as I have something very similar in a Royal Blue from Primark for only £25!! Had a good hunt through ebay too, but no luck!
