Yes they do - as was said before it is just such a ploy to get you to ring them - next time I get one of their silly envelopes I will just sent it back to them.

I have just written new letters to everyone asking them to carry on with my reduced payments lets see how they go eh! fingers crosses

Maybe you should write to complain.

Something about not being able to attend church on Good Friday due to waiting and the waste of eggs/cakes you purchased specially for the event of the visit.

Then at the bottom tell them that if they cannot keep appointments please don't make anymore as you will not communicate with them, they will not be permitted to enter the property and you regard it as a form of trespass if they step foot on your grounds.

I blooming threw away the letter.. O well the next one I will write to them and say you never kept the last appointment etc......

I am def not ringing their premium rate number!!

Why don't you send them an invoice for wasting your time, especially since you waited in for them and were so disappointed that they didn't show.

When they don't pay up you can then start hassling them for payment, threaten court action, sell it to debt collectors etc.....................
