...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.

on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)0 -

Morning All
In other news, I am meal planning so I can try for my first sub-£60 food shop tomorrow, anyone have any suggestions for yummy meals we could try??
I always use my roast dinner as the basis for 3 or 4 meals, so i.e. if its roast lamb, my weeks plan looks like this:
-Roast lamb, and all the trimmings.
-Lamb and veg curry (with lentils)
-Lamb with greek greens and butter beans in tomato sauce
-Scotch Broth
Then i might have bubble and squeak with something to use up the greens and potatoes.
And I probably would have bought too many mushrooms for the curry (on purpose) and have mushroom risotto.
Then some fish something or other.
*Dot aware that her 5 week rotation of meal plans may be a bit wintery..and plans to review soon*Pay off as much as you can in 2012 challenge No. 64: 328.75/2,5000 -
