I tried these but objected to the cost as they are disposable so now use these:

Got these and I'm not sure what I think. They certainly seemed to work but took about half an hour before I forgot it was there and was able to sleep as I was very aware of it when I first put it on. If I was going to buy these I'd definitely go for the sensitive version. I did sleep very well, but when I woke up it had mysteriously disappeared, and was stuck to my pillow. It did the trick, but I'm not sure I feel like hunting around my bed every morning trying to find it.

I bought some of these yesterday as I couldn't wait as I am having problems with sinuses. They didnt work for me so £3.86 wasted for 10, to be fair even nasal drops of various makes dont work either, although best thing that helps me is a electric fan

I followed instructions to the letter and washed nose and dried it before applying the bandage, which is really to make sure the bandage sticks which it did quite well
