My medical records

I moved in September and am moving back home again. Since being here, I've had various tests (eye pressure, visual field, colourblindess) done.
How would I get my doctor records transfered back to the GP I was under at home? I am currently on medication. And how would I get them transffered back to the eye hsopital? I have letters confirming what was done at the eye hospital and the results.

You just re-register with the old GP and your notes will follow 6 weeks later.
Obviously with your breakthrough you'll want to make sure the new stuff definately comes so why not ask your GP if he'd give you a copy of the test results which you can then give your old GP when you go the the registration appointment? You can also send a copy to the eye clinic this way too.0 -
Sh, i'm interested, what is the condition you have? Just wondering when you say eye pressure was taken, is it a type of glaucoma?0

I don't have gluacoma - apparently, it's just a routine test. I have Nystagmus. Actually, by doing the pressure test, they did discover that I have nerve damage - hence the Nystagmus.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked
