Hi all,
I made a purchase with littlewoods last Dec and have £5 as silver reward. I am advised by customer service can only redeem the reward when next catalogue is out, which is June. Is this correct? I think I can use it against next purchase anytime?
Thanks in advance

my hubby's platinum and can use his reward any time so i think it would be the same for you0

I just don't understand how they calculate this.
I always seem to get far too much back compared to what I've spent but they insist it's right.0 -
Think yourself luck everytime I make a payment I never get any cashback applied to my account for Platinum rewards (and I have notice they changed it to minimum payment £20 and it still doesnt give me anything)
That reminds me, I must remember to ring them to sort it out!0 -
i too purchased in december and have £12 silver rewards, but i thought i would be able to spend them now as it says £12 available to spend on my account, but i have absolutely no idea how to add the rewards to my method of payment as i can only see: pay by credit card or by x amount every week...anyone know ??0

the only way to get it in cash is to ask them and they give you a cheque.
to use against goods order in usual way, go to checkout, and it should ask you how much you want to use - its at the bottom of the page before final submission0
