Clinique Bonus

Lately I have noticed that whenever there is a bonus offer on for Clinique, one of the 2 items has to be skincare. Is this always going to be the case as it never used to be??
I hope not as both Mam and I are alergic to everything we have tried skincare wise, but we love thier foundation and double face powder. I have tried looking at the clinique website about the bonus offers, but no mention about the condition.
Anyone know anything further??

I have to be honest, I have never seen it not be that two of the items need to be skincare- and it seems to be asking for three items on many concessions now!
But just wondering, the Clinique Bonus' seem to be skincare- the "dramatically etc etc moisturiser" constantly being given away in sample form- would you really want/be able to use the bonus? or are they giving away other things now instead?
Maybe work out what you are allergic to then you know which brands are worth keeping your eye on- works for me anyway- I know my skin does not like lanonlin oil, petroleum jelly, coco butter/oil, and a bunch of other additives (I have a list!) so I know that for example, Boots No.7 skincare will never work for me, but Nuxe works perfectly and certain types of Clarins work well too (they don't all have petroleum oil!) Maybe ask for some samples to see what works or buy stuff and sell the rest on ebay?0 -
I always thought one of the items should be skincare.
Ask at the counter though: some counters have lovely girls who will twist and work things to your advantage

I haven't bought Clinique in a while but the xmas before last at House of Fraser the bonus time was for any 2 products. I remember getting 2 make up items and free gift on the 10% off days, and I did this several times as they made great xmas gifts for friends.
I think it may vary by store though, as Boots for example always seem to specify skincare.:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0 -
I noticed today Boots have a good one and it doesnt say one needs to be skincare, just any 20

I always buy the cleansing bar which is classed as skincare and then ebay it and I have always made my money back on it.Lately I have noticed that whenever there is a bonus offer on for Clinique, one of the 2 items has to be skincare. Is this always going to be the case as it never used to be??

Yes its always 1 to be skincare with Clinique. Thats ok for me as its only skincare I use for them! The bonus with boots atm is a bit pants though. I wont use any of it so Im going to pop it on ebay. They always give the dramatically different moisturiser with it though which is really annoying!0

It didnt always be one skincare, it is only in the few months we have noticed it. We have bought clinique for years, and only when a bonus was on. Sometimes, I grant you it did specify skincare, but not every single time. Now though, it does seem to be every time. The bonus, although it does have a lot of skincare items, is also great for make up for going on holiday (ideal travel sizes) which is why I am disappointed at the skincare rule being introduced.0

It didnt always be one skincare, it is only in the few months we have noticed it.] You're right, I've also used Clinique for years and had many Bonus Times when I've bought two make up items.
The thing about the Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion is that there's nothing different about it at all. It's a mediocre moisturiser and I never use it when it comes with the gift.
The new Instant Lift eyebrow pencil is great. There's a crayon type pencil at one end which is really easy to apply, and a highlighter at the opposite end which you apply under your eyebrows.0 -
Boots have an offer on til 3 April but only instore. Check it out.
I like the repairwear cremes, I use the day and night ones and it does tightening up your skin if you are a mature lady
Emma, sorry but I bought that instant lift eyebrow pencil and I thought it was a waste of money. Its basically a short eyebrow pencil and some highlighter (which fell out as I took the cap off
) Both of which you could buy for half the price Clinique charges. 0
