We have a mortgage with Northern rock of which to settle is around £130,000, we also have a secured loan with Firstplus which was originally for £25,000.
We are having financial problems at the moment and want to sell up as we are paying out £900 pcm. We can rent for £575.But the problem is Firstplus settlement figure is £31000 ......House only worth top end of £150,000.....
So there is around £11000 missing .....Has any one had an experience like this......
