Yep, got Incredibles and Nemo now, both Platinum. Would still be very suspicious of ordering off Woolies again but them actually waking up their supplier to send games after initial cancellation got to count for something.

well i have to say im gobsmacked low and behold two nemos turned up on the doorstep this morning,im sure if we haddnt all complained strongle and told them about this site and the amount of customers they would have lost we wouldnt have had em lol anyhow thumbs up i hope u all get em now,it was worth getting 50 emails off them for that lol

Must admit I'm well impressed with how Woolies dealt with this after all the initial faffing about.

My account was updated a couple of days ago to say the game was ready for collection at my local store even though I hadn't had an email from them. I was half expecting them to say "What game" when I went in but no I was wrong.

WHSmith had Sonic Heroes PS2 on offer no fewer than 3 times at the end of last year, each time they cancelled the order then put the game back on the site a few days later. Very unimpressed with their service and got fobbed off after sending a email complaining.

Similar thing happened with Tesco earlier this year. Ordered Simpsons Road Rage. Kept getting your order has been delayed messages 'til they eventually offered me an alternative, Simpsons Hit n Run, which I didn't particularly want as it makes my DS hyper, won't go into why...:eek:

I got mine, I was very happy and they've gone in my pressie box. V happy with Woolies and was always quietly confident I would get them (I have the gamecube to prove it!)
