a dream holiday home!!--is it possible?

i am musing over my position in life and whether i can somehow get funds to buy another place abroad!
İ have a place worth about 175k here with a 55k mortgage that can be covered with a btl mortgage--i have 30k savings and i am looking at somehow raising another 45k to buy a holiday home in turkey--i have another home in turkey and my wife owns a business their that raises about 30k for the family pot---the turkish mortgage rates are horrendous at 25pc which your local bank the hsbc adheres too so want to avoid raising it there--any bright ideas from the financially astute here???
