Best Flexible Loan

Whats the best rate I can get for an 18K loan which offers flexibility, ie paying off large lump sums and paying it off early?

    Try looking at moneysupermarket.com.

    As a starter, Egg offer 7.9% with no early repayment penalties (but there are some on the market offering less than 6% if your credit rating is good).

    Many thanks I've had a look there and was looking at Egg but was hoping to get something a bit lower :-(

    know i plug this co a little... but check zopa no charge early repayment and sometimes lower rates depending on the lenders

    In which case I'm going to do my "anything but zopa" plug ;) (just because I want to)

    Alliance and Leicester offer 5.9%. Early repayment is two months interest (if I recall rightly). You can call them and ask about large overpayments & the logistics of it before you apply.

    Nationwide are good for overpayments. Not the best interest rate though.
