Just begun my search for a mortgage. Need to arrange this tomorrow.
Single borrower, earnings around £25k.
Purchase price £91,000
Deposit £15,000
Preferance to low/no upfront or added costs. Dont really mind if tied in for next year or 2. Variable or fixed. The lower the payments the better
