Data protection Files V What The CSA Are Asking for?

Does anyone if know if a case goes to Tribunal, that if the Data Protection Files show a small amount owed and internal comments from staff (clerical) clearly state that NRP is "probably unaware IMA" in place, that this can be used in evidence?
basically it boils down to them making up a IMA figure which is not matched by the official records.
Bearing in mind they are asking for work records back to 1996.

Anything against them can be used in evidence at tribunal.I have about 3 pages worth I will be pursuing them with0 -
Many thanks, its because they have so many discrepancies from a sheet which indicates £4,000 to a demand which is neaer £25,000.
Would I hear about a date for a tribunal has it been 15 months since a liability order was granted without my knowledge?0 -
did they ask u for wage details etc0

They did.. Have supplied them all my work records, certainly the best I can from 1996-2005
The main issue of all this is relates to the first contact made by them in 1996, whereby the confident address used had no bearing on where I lived. All council records prove I was never there in the first place. the Data files show a concerted effort to find me from 1996- to around 2000, even contacting the Prison service (never been to prison in my lfe). Problem stems from being self employed and not knowing of them being after me. I had a gap where I did not contact my ex or my daughter, but then resumed paying them privately, which I have some records but not all. We are talking over 10 years ago.
Not sure how they can base a IMA at £106.00 per week, when they had my P45 details from Inland revenue (presume copies of a weekly wage fo around £150.00 per week) maybe they tried to make personal contact and couldn't??? thats why a couple of years later an IMA was introduced to my files.
You have the data protection files showing £5.60 per week
The Ima showing £106.00 per week
Like any good business they are going for the higher amount.
out of the blue, presumably because the arrears at reached £50,000 on the IMA, they then made contact in 2008. Subsequently reduced to £25,000 through a liability order with much of the debt accrued before 2000. Its a very complicated case, my soliciotr helped a great deal 12 months ago, but not heard a word from them (csa) since. My daughter is 24 and case officially closed in 20050 -
is it not the case they can only start maintenance from the date they actually contact you?
have you been able to work out roughly what you woud have been eligible to pay?
your case sounds nearly as complicated as mines...lol0 -
I presume the date of making contact is 1996, via this confident address?
Have never spoke to them directly in my life.
As I say Ima was implemented around 1998.
Many will point to the fact IMA's were introduced to NRP's being evasive, truth is I never had a scooby they were even involved0 -
ive posted on here quite a few times over the past cpl years and ive just found out recently about IMA, i need to check my DP files cause im sure it mentions that on mines, but i supplied wage details etc, what does it change to after this?0

End of the day, I view the CSA has a business. If it was making a loss it would not be operational, so like all businesses they will go for the highest amount, only in a court of law or on appeal can this be overturned.0
