Court date booked....

....& fee saved.
I've been a long-time lurker & occasional contributer.
I've been with CAP for a year.
They've been saving on my behalf for the fees.
Have the form for court fee remission all filled out.
Three copies of everything all clipped together.
Phoned for an appointment.
Monday 12 April 9.30am.
It's nearly over.
Shaking, but there is finally light at the end of the tunnel.

    Not long to go!

You also need proof that you are entitled to the fee remission and that needs to be dated within the last 3 months (I think it's 3 months; check this out). Have you got that too?

I have asked Tax credits & child benefit for up-to-date letters they should be arriving in the next couple of days...............
I have been waiting for this for what seems like such a long time, now that it's here i'm a bit nervous.
Having said that I AM looking forward to drawing a line under the last 5 years of struggling and starting anew! :j
