Hi - a couple of questions:
1 - does anyone know of a good place to get baking tins? I'm after a loaf tin with straight as opposed to sloping sides, so I get a square base. I've looked on Ebay and searched on Google with no success.
2 - what is the best tool for making slashes in dough. Would a small serrated knife be best or maybe a stanley knife? I don't think my knives at home are sharp enough.
Thanks

mmm - they do look lovely but I wanted something dead square, though these ones admittably look straighter than others I have seen. I saw an Analon one in Waitrose/John Lewis for £10 which seems to be similar to these in that it was a bit shorter but wider. The Analon one had silicon grips to protect your hands. If I cannot find a square one I will go with the Analon as a compromise.
