To Sarah. I think the returns policy is this. The item is security sealed and once open cannot be returned except for faults/defects. This item is delivered and set up ready to use, so you would have to tell them when delivering not to install it.

I printed it off Sarah, says 7days cancellation on receipt of goods and can be returned to any MandS Store within 35 days. Parcel summary sheet needed.
Credit card charged on despatch of goods.
Returns policy mentioned on Claires original post.
Site now reads OUT Of STOCK for this item.

I've put various tvs in my basket and only need to press confirm to pay for the item but the £350 hasn't come off any of them - sorry to be a bit stupid - am I doing something wrong?
