Therapy Room

Not sure if I can post this, but I have been searching for a therapy/small training room in NI for over 18 months, it is needed approx 4 days per month. If anyone has anywhere please let me know - realistic rental costs!

Where does it have to be?
I know a place that rents rooms to mainly Holistic Therapies in Newry.
Every time I'm there is says rooms to let.

In Pomeroy there is a place called the Rowan Tree Centre and they have rooms availble. They already have reflexology and yoga there. Might be worth a shot. I think Cookstown enterprise centre rents them out.
