Haven't received Skinny Cow prize

Hope this is the right place. In early Feb I got an email saying I had won a prize in the January Daily Draw - Benefit make-up. Lovely I thought.
But I haven't received it yet - do you think it's too early to complain and has anyone else received prizes from that competition? Any replies gratefully received, thanks

Hi coinchaser, did you ever get your prize? I apparently won the Remington hair straighteners in the same prize a day giveaway comp, but it is now April and no sign of them. I have e-mailed but no response and am going to ring tomorrow to ask what has happened. I would be interested to know if other people are also still waiting, as I can mention this in the phonecall.

skinny cow have a facebook page http://www.facebook.com/#!/skinnycowuk?ref=nf that they update frequently.......perhaps send them a message that way (private perhaps at first!) if you have no joy on the email/ phone0

I won with them too and had to chase up the prize. I contacted the person that sent me the wem (Lucy) who contacted the company sending out the prize. I received it within a couple of days.

Hi rosegarden, please could you let me know Lucy's e-mail address? I posted a message on Skinny Cow's facebook but got a reply basically saying be patient. But it is over two months now. I still have no reply to my e-mail to them through their website.

Just to say I had an e-mail and ot my prize yesterday - nice lipstick, eyeshadow, blush and perfume from Benefit - and I have the woman's contact should anyone else need it...:T0

My prize arrived on thursday, whilst I was at work. I got the parcel yesterday- am going to try them out later :T
