well after getting thouroughly hacked off with scottishpower (usual story estimating bills despite getting actual readings, big debt uilt up by end of year yet no contact from them to say so!) i did uswitch then quidco to transfer to british gas. fair enough, not gonna save me much but at least scottishpower have been told to p*** off!
starting to get mad at britishgas now, have had to call them twice to say i do not have gas...how many sodding times, surely they must see there is no gas in my flat! then i got a letter last week sying they are coming to change the gas meter...oh !!!!!!!
scottish power sent me a bill cause i'd cancelled my dd (due today) but it wasn't right anyway, they estimate i've used twice what i actually have.
now ive just spent ten minutes on hold to british gas (gave up in the end) to find out about my final reading, due to change on the 7th and no word yet! it appears i have no letters etc from them...:rolleyes: will maybe have to rake through the recycling bin!
feel like cutting my electric cables and telling them all to gtf!

letter from scottishgas, scottishpower has objected to move cause of the probs so i need to settle my bill, scottishgas will reapply, it'll take another 28 days:eek:0
