Electric/Gas bill

i am seriously in errors with gas/elec 1000 pounds to be exact, when you go bankrupt can you add this??

any advice gratefully received.

    yes you can add utility bills into your BR.

    yes this can be added

    some times following BR they may put pre paid metres in to your property - i've found them earier to budge and be greener to make sure everything is turned off etc

    Lets put it this way I've worked in customer services since 1994 (when i left school)

    I had the woman at N Power in tears, they then wrote to me saying I wasnt allowed to phone them again :rotfl::rotfl:

    Dont worry have theis added to the BR. I was with BG and I just waited for the OR to contact them and they gave me new account numbers

    That is brilliant not being allowed to call them again!! They really messed up my accounts and then refunded money to my old account........... Joke!:eek:

    Make sure you take meter reading on the day you go BR so that you can prove the total debt that should be included in your BR. It's a lot harder to prove after you've gone BR.
