Help please! very confused!

Hello all

i have been dealing with the CAB regarding my debts and they are saying BR is the best thing for me, so i have savd the fees and booked the date and my caseworker wants to see my forms ASAP.

i have just filled in the part about what i owe and if it were not for my student loan i would be under the 15k mark and could go for a DRO instead. I seem to remember my caseworker telling me that a student loan wont get written off in BR so do i have to list it? do i have to go Bankrupt? or should i continue doing what the CAB are saying to do?

this has really confused me! who really like some opinions.

Thanks

you still need to list the student loan even though it doesn't get written off in br. i would double check if this counts as taking you under the 15k for a dro, i'm not sure

    thank you

Sorry i'm having a little panic......last minute nerves i guess.

I want to get everything correct! i'd hate to go through all this for someone official to then say you should have gone for a DRO.
