Update on me pre-BR

Hello all
I handed in my notice at work on Monday, I work part time (1.5 days per week) but my childminder was completely useless, so given her notice too. Not planning to return to work, will be a stay at home mum looking after both my girls, supporting my eldest in particular who has SEN.
Otherwise all is well, my creditors are still ringing and writing, one in particular has just sent the 'your account is seriously overdue' letter, 'please call and make a payment to avoid further action'. I must admit it all worries me.
On the upside, my other half has submitted his DRO documents to CCCS so hopefully that will be a few less phone calls soon! I have got most of my evidence for applying to uni for my bankruptcy fee, so that will be submitted by post this week. Every step feels like such a massive hurdle, that it seems like an achievement to get it done!

hi,
thanks for update.
hope you ok sizzler:)0 -
its a hard when your going though it but those letters and call are just ment to worry you,try to see them for what they are,put the phone down if you feel the need,I never spoke to anyone who rang,if your going BR then telling them that is not going to help,in most cases it will just mean more calls so just dont get into it with them, change your number thats the best way around that,at the end of the day you have done the hard bit in going BR the rest is how ever you wish to see it,just feel sorry for the poor sod that gets the job of writing/phoning with no hope of getting any money,it takesa while but they get the message in the end.0
